A PS4 save you can't edit or move is a save you can't fix, which is where Apollo Save Tool comes in. This is bucanero's save manager for a PS4 with homebrew enabled: it decrypts, resigns and patches saves, applies cheat codes to them, and copies them to and from a USB drive or an FTP server. Version 2.3.2, from April 2026, adds bulk FTP upload, better PS4 save resigning, new languages (Chinese and Korean), and cheat and decryption support for more games.
Download:
Download Apollo Save Tool 2.3.2 for the PS4
The package is IV0000-APOL00004_00-APOLLO0000000PS4.pkg (22.7 MB). It's a homebrew package, not an official one, so it only installs on a PS4 that runs homebrew.
The PS3 edition is here too: Apollo Save Tool 2.3.2.

- Unzip the download and install the package on the PS4, for example with GoldHEN's remote package install or by putting it in /data/pkg.
- Start Apollo Save Tool from the home screen and choose where the saves are: the console's own, a USB drive, or an FTP server.
- Pick a save and choose what to do: resign it, decrypt it, apply a patch or cheat, or copy it to another console.
