For some reason Apple doesn't provide the drivers as a standalone download, the only way to obtain them is to create a Windows 10 USB install stick from within OSX.

The AppleBcUpdate.exe is also signed, so you can be sure the drivers haven't been tampered with:

If you have WinRAR installed you can also open the AppleBcUpdate.exe and extract only the drivers you require:

For anyone who is interested in how the direct link to the drivers on Apple's servers was obtained, links to various downloads on Apple's servers can be found in this sucatalog file here: http://swcatalog.apple.com/content/catalogs/others/index-windows-1.sucatalog. The sucatalog can be opened with Notepad++.

thank you so much for this, i knew this is old but this save my week!

best one so far

i've just registered to thank you because of this

Hi there,

Both links are corrupt. once i have downloaded them and try extract them, it gives errors.

Both links seem fine, the SHA1 for the installer on the Apple servers is: 9dcd4acdfd9eea5d11aa5bd40fe9c0a26ad809cb

If your download differs to that it could be getting corrupted when downloading. Id suggest using a download manager to ensure the download 100% completes.

Same as the others, just made an account to say thank you , you're a hero! Apple's boot camp download kept crashing for me.

For reference I got it to work for Windows 10 on a mid 2015 MBP. Download link worked fine

Can anyone help me pls!. I have a MacBook Pro model : A1398 | Serial : C02KM13DFFT3 and it does not become MacOS and i made windows 10 with usb flash. How can i install the graphics card driver

Here I am in 2025 9 years later from your initial post and it's STILL helping people to this day! So I also made an account just to say a BIG THANK YOU to @InsaneNutter !! No idea how much you've helped me or why Apple make it so difficult to access these, but bless you bro ur a life saver!

Just incase anyone else sees this and is wondering - I completely wiped an Early-2015 Retina 13" Macbook Pro (Macbook Pro 12,1), Downloaded Windows 11 onto a bootable USB, installed it onto this macbook so it only had windows and no MacOS, but then I had great difficulty finding compatible bootcamp drivers (even brigadier did not work), so finding this post literally saved me! Thank you!

Great to know older hardware is still getting some use today! also scary how much time has passed since that post.

I actually still have my MacBook Air 2012 and MacMini 2012, although neither of them run OSX or even Windows at this point. The Air runs PopOS (Linux) and the Mini runs LibreELEC for using Kodi on the bedroom TV.

I really want to thank for keeping this very useful resource that is almos impossible to download from Apple.
I still have MacBook Pro 2011 running Monterey with OpenCore where I can run software to create logos and magazines...
