Want your Jtag / RGH Xbox 360 to boot into a proper game library instead of a plain list? That's Aurora, the replacement dashboard from Phoenix, the team behind FreeStyle Dash. It opens on a coverflow of your games and uses filters and sorting instead of tabs. It fetches cover art and title updates from XboxUnity, takes Lua scripts, skins and translations, and has a built-in FTP server and an HTTP web interface.

Download Aurora 0.7b.2 - Release Package

1. Unzip the download and copy the whole Aurora folder to your console's hard drive, for example Hdd1:\Aurora\. Aurora.xex needs the folders beside it.
2. Launch Aurora.xex from your current dashboard or XeXMenu.
3. Add your game folders under Settings > Content > Manage Scan Paths, then let it scan.
4. To boot straight into Aurora, set Aurora.xex as your default dashboard in DashLaunch (launch.ini).

Tip: run it from XeXMenu a few times before you make it the default dashboard, and back up any older Aurora folder before you copy this one over it. If Aurora or FreeStyle Dash crashes while downloading cover art on an older build, the Aurora Crash Patcher on Digiex is the fix.
