Can't read the update from the disc

HI, yesterday I recorded the game on the disk of Rise of the Tomb Raider, after I inserted the disk into the console, the notification about the update was displayed, after which I had an error "Can not find the update disk ... Status code 4099-43с5-b800-0f00-c000-0013" How can I fix this error? i was have Lt 2.0 - 2.0.16197.0

Install the Xbox 360 Dashboard / System Update 2.0.17502.0 on your console then try playing the game.

how can i burn a disk this (dvd-r 4.7gb) update, or i can do it only from usb flash ? cuz my xbox don't see usb flash, I formatted it in fat32 but it's ineffectual
