Checkpoint is a save manager for 3DS and Switch homebrew users. It backs up, restores and moves game saves and extra data, and it keeps them on the SD card.

This is the official 5.2.0 release (26 August 2026), with the 3DS .cia and .3dsx and the Switch .nro, unchanged.

How to install / use:

1. Install Checkpoint.cia with FBI on a 3DS, or copy the .3dsx or .nro to the SD card.
2. Start Checkpoint and choose a game to back up or restore.
