About the Azure Flute:

The Azure Flute is a Key Item that can be used to access the Hall of Origin, where Arceus resides.
In Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum, it is an event-exclusive item that was meant to be received through a Nintendo event, but unlike the Secret Key, Member Card, and Oak's Letter, IT WAS NEVER DISTRIBUTED.

The Arceus caught in Hall of Origin can be traded beetween 4th gen games, can be transfered in 5th gen, but it WON'T PASS the Pokémon Bank legality check so it can't (legally) go in gen 6th+.

About this ROM:

I made this CUSTOM AND UNOFFICIAL distribution ROM creating custom Wonder Cards (inspired by the official Member Card and Oak's Letter ones) and injecting them in the Deoxys Distribution Cart 2008 ROM with Pokémon WCD Patcher 1.0.0.

This distribution can be obtained by:

- Pokémon Diamond, Pearl and Platinum
- WON'T work with Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver (obv)

You need:

- A DS/DSi/3DS with your 4th gen Pokémon game
- A 2nd DS/DSi/3DS with a DS flashcart (like R4) or a modded DSi/3DS with TWiLight Menu++ to play the ROM
- You DON'T need to set a specific date, it will work anyway

This pack includes:

- ENG, ITA, SPA, DEU, FRA, JAP, KOR custom Azure Flute distribution ROM
- ENG, ITA, SPA, DEU, FRA, JAP, KOR custom PCD Wonder Cards (they can be injected with PKHeX)

That is a well made Distribution rom, is there any chance you can also make this for Japanese and Korean version?

Yes I can!
I'll make custom KOR and JAP Wonder Cards and ROMs asap, but I don't know how Japanese and Korean languages works so there could be some grammar/syntax errors (if somebody would like to help will be great).
 
Do you plan on making different ones for the member card and oaks letter?
 
This is so cool we can obtain and shiny hunt Arceus in the English versions of D/P/Pt without hacking and cheating, thanks to this ROM. I already have the decchi.bin version of the Azure Flute for Japanese D/Pt. I'm thinking about getting the American version of it. What are the downsides of using the newly released Azure Flute ROM?

I will keep Arceus in Gen 4 and up to 5 since it normally cannot be transferred to later Gens due to the distribution of the Azure Flute never been released. I won't be using PkHex to trick PokéBank.

There are no downsides, just keep in mind that the Wonder Card isn't official. I used an unused WC number ID (0999): the game will record this but it will be like if you have downloaded a standard Nintendo event.

Yes, you are right about the Arceus from the Wondercard being not official. Oh well, at least we can obtain Arceus in BDSP. Anyways, this ROM seem safe to use. Thanks for telling me this. I shall download the Azure Flute now.

If you want a legit IV gen Arceus you can download the MICHINA/Toys R Us one, but obviously you can't have it shiny.
 
what if you level arceus to level 100 becuase that is the only intended level you are supost to obtain it at so that might work lets hope it does so i can transfer my machina one to and have both in ultra moon (i dont have a switch)
 
The checks are a bit more advanced than that, they will look at the OT, ID, encountered location / game and so on.
