You will need some way of connecting either your 360’s Hard Drive or Memory card to the PC, you cannot burn this to a CD and copy it to your 360.

Once you have either a hard drive or memory card connected to the PC load Xplorer 360 up and click Drive > Open > Hard drive or memory card.

If you are using a memory card open Partition 1, If you are using a 360 hard drive open Partition 3

Unzip the theme, and copy to Content\0000000000000000\FFFE07D1\00030000 on the Xbox 360 hard drive.

Now just sign your profile in, go to the my xbox section, click your gamertag, click change theme and enjoy!

I would use it but I don't have a transfer cable and I'm not even sure if the have software to put things on a 360 hdd in Ubuntu.

Yes, although tools available at the moment such as Xplorer 360 dont support USB drives.
You can try 360 USB Storage Explorer in theory it should work, although its very buggy at the moment.

and do you think microsoft can ban our xbox for using themes that normally have to be buyed from the xbox marketplace?

Nope because all the themes on here are free from the marketplace and work with any profile on the console they are downloaded to.

In theory they could disable the key this theme is signed with which would stop it from working, but your not gonna get banned over it.

The first game is Dodonpachi Black Label EXTRA, it was only ever released in Japan for the 360 and is region locked

The second is Raiden IV, again only ever released in Japan and the USA and is region locked

Both games are are great shoot em up's
And yup that TV is great, the picture quality is spot on.
