Do You Need a Flashed Xbox 360 for Demo burning?

Hey guys im kidna new to the whole demo burning thing and i was wondering if i can do this to a un-modified official xbox360? or do i need a flahed/jtagged xbox?

You can use an un-modified Xbox 360, just burn the demo you want and play.
