E3 has ended nearly a month ago and there are some good games coming up. What games are you looking forward to.
I'm looking forward to:
Mercenaries 2.
What's not cool about it? Nuke anything you like, have a monster truck drop in whenever you like. Hijack helicopters. Can't wait for this. Seems like one big sandbox of awesomeness to me.
Mirror's Edge
This seems really cool to me. Running around and doing stunts. Somehow has a Portal feel to it, since it's first person, but not really a shooter. I really wonder what kinds of stunts you can pull in this game.
Fallout 3
Some time ago I got some Fallout Trilogy pack consisting of Fallout 1, 2 and Tactics. Personally I didn't think they were that great and haven't played them for that long. I probably should have played them when I was younger. But still, Fallout 3 seems really cool to me. I liked Oblivion and thinking about a world like that but in a post apocalyptic world seems great. I'm not sure if I'm going to buy this yet though, since I didn't really like the first two games, so I'll probably download it at first.
Spore
They've worked on this one long enough I think. I want to play it already. I'd like to see the different gameplay styles and how they are integrated in one game.
Red Alert 3
After playing the BETA, the urge to play this has lowered a bit, since I'm not really into the more cartoony look of it. Also getting my ass kicked all the time doesn't really help. Still I'd like to play it.
Starcraft 2
I finished the first game (not the expansion though) and I really liked that. It looks kind of like the old game, but more of the same isn't bad in this case.
Chrono Trigger for Nintendo DS
I remember playing this on a SNES emulator when I was younger and I really enjoyed it. It apparently is one of the best RPGs out there, and since the older Final Fantasy games got their remake on the GBA, this is the last RPG I used to play on emulator that I was missing. I'd like to play and actually finish it this time.
Guild Wars 2
Since I have Guild Wars, which I don't really play anymore, since there's really not much to do in it anymore, I'm looking forwars to the sequel. The best thing about it is, like the first game, it has no monthly fees. Also if you played the first game you can transfer some stuff from that and keep your user name. Also it seems to have some anti grinding system which is great. Might take a while before it's finished though, which is too bad since I've really gotten bored with the first Guild Wars.

). Considering what EA used to be like, they sure seem like they are making ammends. Hopefully this will apply to RA3 also. After all C&C3 Tiberium Wars wasn't a bad game even with the inclusion of the Scrin.
