As i don't have XBL i have a question.

Is Halo 4 Spartan Ops DLC console locked ?
Or is Spartan Ops after season 1 coming to Retail ?
 
If you install / extract the DLC off the disc then its not console locked, however you can not use it without been signed in to Xbox Live. So useless for offline use.
