Help with .Net 3.5 Framework not installing

Hi Guy's... i need some help with .net framework 3.5, ive got 5 systems that need this to be installed for 1 of the Call Center applications to work, but i just cant get .net 3.5 to install, it just seems to hang at like 90%, i tried everything, i tried the stand alone install, i tried the offline install from a few different sites, but it just wont install! Please help!!!

use this uninstaller tool : .NET Framework Cleanup Tool User's Guide - Aaron Stebner's WebLog - Site Home - MSDN Blogs
restart your pc
try installing .net 3.5 again
