Hi, New Here, Really Need Help From Pro!!

i will try bullet point my problem simply:


I Had an XBox 360 Elite.

I Transfered my Data to 'xport 360' with an unoficial Transfer Cable

I Bought The New Xbox Slim

Again Attemted to Copy Old Files to New hard drive with xport , and again with the newer transfer cable, but unoficial.

took it out

put in xbox

xbox doesnt't register having a hard drive inserted.

thats about it. please . any help is amazing!

You can try transferring through a flash drive... What are you trying to transfer? is it game saves?

No i just want the xbox to recognise the hard drive for use. i dont care whats on it, some one in a repair shop in Leeds told me there was something called a "HDD Hacker" and it could be possible to restore it to factory settings. i also think some of the partitions are deleted or messed up, but can't be sure.

Sounds like its been formatted in the PC, if thats the case ive never personally heard of anyone fixing it unless it was a hacked drive to start with.
