Please Help Me how to get :

You can extract a decrypted keyvault (KV_dec.bin) from a nand dump using: Xbox 360 Flash Dump Tool

However you obviously need a nand from an unbanned console to do that. Your Jtag will get banned again after a couple a days anyway, even using the method going around that will get you on Xbox Live.

Nope, you would be as well getting a cheap second console to play on Xbox Live with.
