How can i remove the Ribbon Cable on my 5570 HD?

hey guys, iv just received my sapphire 5570 and have replaced the bracket to the low profile one that comes with it, but i dont know how to remove the ribbon cable safely/correctly.

anyone got some advice for me?

Ribbon? On a graphics card? I'm not familiar with these models, but it sounds like you're talking about the power for the fan, in which case, grasp the plastic plug fan and pull gently, applying swinging motion to edge it out bit by bit.
