How do you play a game torrent on PC?

I recently downloaded a back up game on bitcomment its Warcraft 111 Reign of choas there is 3 files wc3rof.cue, wc3rof that is the one that is 699 MB and a Warcraft3-Reign of chaosthats 1.5 KB how do i play the game?

Downloads :: DAEMON-Tools.cc

Download DAEMON Tools Lite, when installing dont select the optional spyware.

You can then mount the downloaded image (the.cue) on a virtual / fake DVD drive in your computer and install the game just like you had the disc in your PC.
