i need some help with xbox 360 vpn

hi so i life in tunisia and when i try to buy some microsoft point i get an error because they are not available in my country so i found this tutorial digiex.net/guides-reviews/con...se-market.html and i did everything so when i tried to test my connection i get an error :you can connect to xbox live but your current network configuration may limit your online experience. can you please help i only need it to buy some microsoft points

Show me some screenshots of the settings on the PC when the vpn is connected and the xbox is on.

Also some details of the 360's IP settings would be useful.
