thanks for all
i want to replace radio station in gta iv with other musics from my pc
but how can i convert my mp3 to rpf as found in gta files .

Just copy your MP3's in to My Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\User Music

Then in game you should be able to select Independence FM which will play your own MP3 tracks.

thanks but i play gta iv in xbox 360 jtag from external hdd and can explore its files and replce it

The Xbox 360 can play MP3's in any game from a USB drive or streamed over your home network if thats of any help.

I don't know of anything that will convert to rpf however.
