Iris Manager was Estwald and D_Skywalk's PS3 backup manager, and IRISMAN is the fork that aldostools has kept alive with help from other developers. It lists and starts games from the internal drive, USB and the network, offers several layouts (an XMB-like list, coverflow, grids up to 8x6), plays PSP games and retro games through RetroArch, and launches media files. Version 4.91 from December 2024 supports CFW and HFW 4.91 and bundles Mamba 8.4 build 20230307 with 4.91 PEX support, exFAT Manager 0.12 and deank's Movian M7 7.0.2.
Download:
Download IRISMAN 4.91
You get four packages: IRISMAN_4.91.pkg (25.5 MB), IRISMAN_4.91_older.pkg, and two small helpers, Priority_ON_for_IRISMAN.pkg and Priority_OFF_for_IRISMAN.pkg.
If you want to see where it all started, the original IrisManager 1.2 is still here. For modern alternatives from the same developer there's multiMAN MOD and webMAN MOD.

- Unzip the download and copy the IRISMAN package to a USB drive.
- On the PS3 install it from Package Manager > Install Package Files, then start IRISMAN from the Game column. The _older package is the build for older firmware.
