ive got Error in kinect

Error in my kinect ..
cables are Working anything is fine
but when the kinect is green : POP its red
i dont know why !! i need a help on this








ive installed the Metro Update !! HELP

Check the electricity flow to the Kinect. Sometimes it happens just because the power cord of kinect is not getting enough flow of electricity. In other words, unplug the kinect cables from the wall and put it again with assuring that the camera it is attached strong enough to the power source.
