Looking for a Moderator.. [Minecraft Server ONLY]

We badly need a new Moderator due to losing half the Admin Team, and this is the topic to discuss it.

As a Moderator, you would be required to keep the peace, while also offering Whitelisting Service to new players and genuinely helping new players. In return, you would be given access to the Builders Guild and have all the Donator Perks.

For this position, Activity is key. We need a player who is active in the server. If you play less than 15 hours a week this role isnt for you.

If your interested, please reply below with why your a good candidate, your rough times playing, your experience level etc.

I think i would be a good candidate because i'm usually on the server everyday, unless its school and im on a bit late, I like helping new players e.g. giving them a tour until an admin comes on to whitlist them. Also, I try to keep the peace when there is grief, arguments and random people typing in caps. Finally, If i get permissions to the builders guild i always have jobs on offer to people like clearing an area and filling with a certain block or getting them to help build somthing, I think this will be good for new players since they get to earn money (and the [Mod] tag might also help towards people asking for jobs like everyone does already to all the admins)

Now school is starting again i will be on for atleast 3 hours a day, from 3pm to 7pm is what ill most likely be online for. Some days, probably once or twice every 2 weeks, I wont be online for as long as i have trampolining to practise.

I think i would be a good candidate for moderator because i'm usually on the server Most days, Im British but apparently according to snookie im american . i have had experience with minecraft since alpha although until 1.4 i was known as holthomepage. i also know a fair bit about craftbukkit as i have a private 24/7 server for testing Plugins that i have made, Modified or just want to learn more about. Sorry i dont know what to say next, snookie told me i should post here

I think i would be a good candidate as im on everyday spending way over 15 hours a week even though ive only been on this server for about a month now. This is my first server and im loving it . Ive noticed that some of the admins aren't on as much anymore which is a disadvantage to the people that need whitelisting because ive seen many vistors asking for admins constanly. Im a good builder and designer suggested by others as i do graphics at school. I help people now and then especially with redstone wiring as i know heaps about it. And im sure there would be more features to do with redstone in the 1.8 update.
I would like to just say good luck to the other candidates that are running for this

I'd like to be the new mod for the following reasons.

I love welcoming new visitors to our server.
I love solving problems with players.
I love helping out the admins and players.
I want to make a difference on the server.
I want to help with City world.
I have great ideas for the future of the server.
I know about 75% of the players on the server.
I am not enemies with anyone on the server.
I go on the forums a lot.
I can be on for at least 3-5 hours a day on a school day.
I am on the server about 15-30 hours a week or so. (school is coming up so i might be on less but i'll try to get on a lot)
I am already builder rank.
I Have had experience being mod on this server before (i quit when in a rage after making a terrible mistake)
I love this server

I solemnly swear that none of this information is a lie and that all of this information is the whole truth.

I hope you pick me even though i have had my past problems but i have learned from making that mistake and it will NOT happen again.

I appreicate a lot of you are young, and I don't hold that against you, but the reality is School/College/University is now starting again for most of you, so wheres the Summer Holidays you were really active, how active will you really be over the Term time now? Please take this into account when applying.

What we will do however, is put it on probation for the first month, if you suddenly disappear for long periods of time the position will be handed to someone more active.

Also, the Moderator role will lead to Admin over a period of time, based on performance, activity and how quickly you gain the other Admins Trust.

And a final comment, Besides taking on one new Moderator, we may also take on one or two other active players, who can take care of Whitelisting ingame, in return for Magic Carpet and Jumpto (Donator Perk) for free. To help cover the server as much as possible, as were taking a big hit with a lack of activity from people who can whitelist. So if your not successful on the Mod position, there could still be a good role there, which again will help towards making you a future Moderator/Admin candidate.
