Information:
This demo doesn't require a modified console and isn't console locked. If you need more help then whats included in the instructions, perhaps try this guide if burning multiple demos or this one if burning only a single demo.

Step into the boots of Boyd Travers, Private First Class of the 82nd Airborne Division and engage in battles throughout Europe. From rocky beginnings in Sicily to war-winning triumphs in Germany, each mission begins behind enemy lines, with an intense and fully interactive airdrop.

Instructions:
Extract the moha.rar (You'll need WinRAR to do that)
Use a burning program to burn the content folder to CD or DVD. (In some cases DVD will work better. Imgburn seems to be the best program for burning!)
Insert CD/DVD, go to Demos tab on your Xbox 360 dashboard, select the game.

I don't think it is.

Xbox.com says "Get ready to get Airborne! Medal of Honor Airborne is out 9/4/07, but download demo now to prepare to take to the skies and drop into epic battles of WWII. In the air, control your parachute and start anywhere you want on the battlefield. On the ground, explore open, vertical environments wherever you want, however you want. You decide where to drop, you decide how to fight. Demo features the first 4 objectives of Operation Husky. Relive the airdrop experience and choose your landing spot to find new ways to attack your enemy."

No mention of single player or multi player. This is all the information I can give you.
