did either of you pre-update your console? im just wondering if we have to download on to usb again... as long as you cant update yet, then its good, i suppose.

it lets me update, but i cant actually update. it prompts me, but it says that i cant connect or something.
 
I've tested it on both my pre-updated 360 and non updated 360, both didn't download. Just says can't connect to live on the one that has the update and the other thats running the old 360 dashboard its connected to LIVE however, no update
 
it must be out, somewhere, i have friends playing it, on xbox.com.

alright, as long as we dont get screwed over for doing something we shouldnt have anyway... hehe
 
wait, so does yours also say

cant download the update, to test your connection..... xbox.com/support.... continue?
 
guys its official i had the update, i downloaded it it started working. Go to "test my connection" and at the end, I got an update? :D
 
hey guys!!it's 11:23 in manchester,uk,and i still have no working xbox live.....is there anyone has the same problem?*-)
 
Just to confirm to everyone, if you installed this NXE preview build on Digiex when you next connect to live you will be updated to the new NXE.

Confirmed 100% that no banning has taken place, unless of course you modified your DVD firmware to play pirated games.
 
Xbox.com is not down anymore however you are not able to sign in to it or do much at the moment apart from view the forums.

I can also confirm I upgraded fine from the NXE Preview to the final version :)
