20-30 minutes, wtf? i took me 2 minutes to complete everything, BTW my new xbox is so much quieter, yay, and it was made 2 months ago, so it should live longer

i updated my old console this morning, when i got my new console this afternoon,( arcade) i used the memory card to install NXE, then i moved my HDD

new console worked wihtout problem and the 2nd one, with nxe update from here, also worked without problem...... NO PROBLEMS ANYWHERE

Mine was updated in about 1-2 minutes... could be because i got it about 15-20 minutes after it was released, at 5am Eastern time. It is amazing, to say the least. I got the problem that it said I couldnt connect to XBL then I read here, to test connection, then it worked perfectly. Feels good being in XBL after the 2-3 week absence...

Lol, my 91 Minutes Quickly decreased after i closed uTorrent

My Bad i guess.

But hell...i like the avatar system but i think there should have been more interactive-ivity with the new party features other than just standing next to your buddy's avatar. Maybe something they'll do in the future, who knows?

On a lower note, i still can't receive game info. (pressing Y when your on the games panel) it just gives me an error something like Cannot retrieve info from XBL.

maybe another update to come soon as i've found various bugs which i'm going to report later.

i still get a few lockups on the dash though

hey guys...i ve got a few questions to ask...i got this xbox 360 elite..n i rilli wana install this NXE update file from the forum...but the thing is m quite afraid to do so..i dont ve ne net connection with my xbox n besides my xbox is flashed so getting the dload frm XBL is out of the question...this NXE update seems to ve a few probs wid the HDMI audio n 16:9 sreen resolution so ve i seen from other posts...so m rilli scared to srew up my xbox wid this update...so i wana ask u guys wat r the solution to these probs? n wid NXE do u HAVE To install the game to the HDD? can i play games widout installin into the HDD..is there an option?n if i install NXE

No you can’t go back to the other dash, but believe me when I say why would you want to.

If you don’t have a live connection your missing a lot the NXE has to offer, however you can still install games, but don’t DONT have to, it’s all optional.
16:10 screen resolutions have a problem, you get black bars at the top and bottom of the screen... no idea if it’s supposed to be like that.

Aparently doing what I say below will fix your HDMI audio problems, however you have to do it every time you turn the 360 on:

• Turn off the Xbox 360.
• Remove the hard drive.
• Turn on the Xbox 360.
• When the Dashboard loads, put the hard drive back.

hey guys im a noob to the forum, so hi my name is EvilSeed neways, i was wondering i have a modded console that plays burned games but the thing is i bought it off someone who modded it themselves but i really dont know what was installed so i dont know if it was just a flash or it has a chip installed. my question is i was trying to do the NXE install and for some reason the popup for the update hasnt come up when i try to install preview. i tried with a flash stick and no luck. i was wondering if theres maybe some type of block on the actually console or something that doesnt let me update it. also i wanted to know if theres any way of finding out what type of mod i have on my own as opposed to actually having to keep calling this guy with no answer. please respond back. thanks guys.

By the sounds of it, the console is already banned from Xbox Live and as such, can't complete the update process. I really don't know what solutions you have at the moment.
