About the Pokemon Festa 2006 Magmar Slot 2 Distribution
Pokemon Festa 2006 featured a distribution of an Electabuzz and a Magmar. Electabuzz was distributed to Pokémon Pearl players and Magmar was distributed to Pokémon Diamond players.
This is the Slot 2 (GBA) distribution of the Pokemon Festa 2006 Magmar used to distribute the Magmar pictured below to Pokémon Diamond players:

Is this a genuine distribution or user created?
This is posted in the User Created Pokemon Event Distributions forum as its not been possible to verify if this was dumped from an actual distribution cartridge or is a user re-creation. However regardless of authenticity this will distribute the Pokemon Festa 2006 Magmar to a Japanese copy of Pokémon Diamond.

How to use:
On the melonDS emulator go to File > Insert ROM cart - this is where you want to load the Slot 2 Distribution. After go to File Open ROM and load the DS game you wish to distribute to:
Select ふしぎな おくりもの (Mystery Gift):
Select おくりものを うけとる (Receive Gift)
Select ともだちから うけとる (Receive from Friend)
Select はい (Yes) and then on the next screen select はい (Yes) once more to receive the distribution:
Now you can continue your game and talk to the delivery man in the Poke Mart to receive the distributed Pokemon.
