Pokemon GEN3 E-Reader Eon Ticket Save File Download [Ready to Distribute on Emulator]

Hello! Can someone explain please what the "Access saved data" option is exactly? From what I know it's supposed to "save" scanned e-Cards, right? I don't have a real e0Reader to test that out, but using the VBA emulator with a brand new save for the e-Reader, it shows only the first 2 options in the menu, and after scanning an e-Card(s) it does not register inside the save and the "Access saved data" option never appears. Unless it works otherwise or I'm doing something wrong. How does it work exactly?
