Here's 4.90 for the PS3.

Download:

Download PS3 System Software 4.90

How to install:

1. Format a USB stick as FAT32 and copy the PS3 folder from the zip onto it, so you end up with PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP.
2. On the PS3 go to Settings > System Update > Update via Storage Media.
3. Leave it alone until it's done.

Bigger USB sticks often come formatted exFAT. Reformat to FAT32 first or the PS3 won't see the update.

On HEN? Hold off until PS3HEN supports 4.90.

Newer version: PS3 System Software 4.91
