Sony have pushed out 4.91 for the PS3.
Download:
Download PS3 System Software 4.91
Copy the PS3 folder from the zip to a FAT32 USB stick (it has to end up as PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP), plug it in, and choose Settings > System Update > Update via Storage Media.
If you've just fitted a new hard drive, the PS3 will ask for this from USB when it starts up.
On HEN? Check PS3HEN supports 4.91 before you update.
Newer version: PS3 System Software 4.93
