Can I use abgx360 to modify the .iso file of the game and then burn it on a disc??

nope. ac brotherhood & other ap 2.5 games only work on LT 1.91(latest) and future updates

I think i have the latest(1.91) ... because Resident Evil 4 HD worked fine
