Greetings to all,

My screen name is derived from the name of the head of the CIA, Lou Panetta. I live in Paris, France.

I've been enjoying playing UT2004 VCTF this year, especially over the last few months. The combination of instagib, low ping, UT2004's great gameplay, and the (mostly) cool players on the Digiex server has me coming back often -- too often, in fact, lol. So thanks, Digiex, for providing this great server and helping feed my addiction! :P

Is the ping really that bad? I must admit ive not played for a long time however my ping was around 50 back when i did.

Trebor who posted above you is currently in withdrawal stages, he is trying to give up his UT 2004 addiction ;)
 
Haha, oops. I meant to say 'low ping'. My bad!

Re: Trebor, I've only played against him once or twice, and I'm on a lot since September, so I guess he has indeed kicked the habit. Which is a good thing for the rest of us, because he's a great player. :D
 
Ah thats all good then, quite a bit of time was spent a few months ago sorting the server out as it was falling apart. Glad its still working ok!

I remember back when Trebor has never played a FPS game in his life, I introduced him to UT99 many years ago and that was that, now he is the god of FPS games :O especially UT 2004.

It always makes me laugh when my friends think I'm too good at the game. There are some players even on the Digiex server who are better than me! They should see the people who play in the clanbase matches. I've recently installed UT again (my clans server is going down on the 19th December so I decided to get my skills up to par for a big send off this Friday!). Might see me on the Digiex server a bit more again :D. I am paying for some of it after all!
