Themeing Windows 7

Is it possible to apply custom themes in Windows 7?
And if so, what tool does one use and where does one get good themes from?

Yes its possible, thats a screenshot from my Netbook.

I posted all the required files in the download center the other day

Few themes exist, and even fewer of them are any good... most are horrid. You can find a couple on deviantART.

Some of my favs are:
Win7-Blend
Soft 7
Clearscreen Sharp

The new version has support for skinning Aero itself. Which is awesome, add like a start menu effect, like how the dragon in this skin. Though it has many features, you should try it.

You can also use TuneUp Utilities 2010, which'll do the unsigned theme patching and all that sort of stuff automatically.
