Trying to get Media ID's for my Games.

Hello guys, im having trouble acquiring media id's for my games please. Anyone willing to help will be really appreciated. Thanks guys.

Hey there, I believe "media id" and "title id" are the same thing. If you are trying to get updates for your game. You can go here, http://xboxunity.net/ and search for your game and it will show the title id.. hope this helps!

Or tell me the game and I can get it for you

You can also use this tool on your pc. which will show the media id as now i am thinking they are not the same thing.

No. Media ID isn't the same as Title ID. Usually game has multiple title ids (regional revisions) and you will need to find TU for specific Media ID (for example i got PD Zero with weird media ID and no TUs were working).
If you have RGH, you can use Aurora.
If you don't have RGH use Xextool. There should be MediaID somewhere, if you use xextool -l (your xex file)
