Using a Wii Remote on your Android device is a very easy thing to do with the application Wiimote Controller. Yes your not going to really walk about with a WiiMote, however its something you can mess about with all the same.
Its hard to really show this working, however I have tried to and created a video of Sonic 1 been played (excuse the bad playing!)

Wiimote Controller can be downloaded from Digiex here or from the Android market by searching for Wiimote Controller.
To make things easier for you it can also be installed by simply scanning this barcode:
After installing Wiimote Controller ensure you have Bluetooth switched on and load the application up.
Now on the Wiimote hold buttons 1 and 2 to put it in to discovery mode, then select Init and Connect on the Wiimote Controller application, all been well your Wiimote should be paired with your phone.
Now you want to enable your phone to use the WiiMote, click the "Select WiiController IME" button and select the WiiMote.
I would also recommend pressing the Menu button and selecting "Preferences", here enable "Switch after disconnect" and set the keyboard you use to type as the target keyboard. This will automatically switch the phones active keyboard back to the one you use when the WiiMote disconnects.
If you dont do this you will not be able to type using your phones touch screen, however you can re select your keyboard in the Android settings application.
Now all you need to do is load up your favorite emulator, and configure the key mappings. I have tested this with Gensoid and it worked perfectly.
On yongzh's emulators (Gensoid/SNesoid/Nesoid/GameBoid) you will have to go in to other settings and enable "Use input method" for the Emulator to recognise the WiiMote as custom input methods are not enabled by default.
After this you should be able to happily use your WiiMote with your favorite emulator.
Note: This will not work on devices where Android is heavily customised by the manufacture, this includes most devices by HTC, Samsung and LG.
However they are many custom roms for unsupported devices that are perfectly compatible with Wiimote Controller.
I would recommend you check out the compatibility list to see if your phone is supported. If its not supported you can always flash a custom rom to your phone. Wiimote Controller works very well with Cyanogen Mod and Miui rom's, thise roms support multiple Android devices. Any stock Android rom for your device should also work.
