Xbox 360 blurry on 480i crt using component video

Hello! I'm new around here. Does the xbox 360 at 480i resolution use a flicker filter and is it possible to remove this filter? Just like xbox classic on xbmc4gamers you can remove this flicker filter. If you can help me I would be grateful.
