xbox 360 can't update to xbox live

Im getting this error after the update download.
If you can direct me so i can update the damn thing

Your console is Jtag or RGH hacked, if you update it via Xbox Live you will brick it, so it's a good job the update failed.

You can update to 17502 with my tutorial here however you probably don't need to unless you are on such an old update, theirs little benefit these days. 17502 is not the latest update anymore, however it should play pretty much all games out there today.

if i update the jtag , i think i can't go online on the console ?
it is for my kid .... and im battling with the xbox)

You can't go online with a Jtag / RGH, you will get banned before you even connect to Xbox Live.
