There is nothing you can do, ONLY people in the beta program can report problems with dashboard through the website, and you can't downgrade dashboards so you just have to wait or like InsaneNutter said get a different xbox to use on live for now
 
lol of all places i nevere trust wikipedia i always say to myself it comes when it comes

but like i said in other posts id expect it to be in time period of early may to june

There really is not there a way to return back even with all software there?
And the Xbox customer service, they do not have a CD that can install any version? If I send them my Xbox, can they do anything?

You can play on XLink Kai online if you want .
That's what i do right now , because i use the beta dashboard as well .

XLink Kai is a app that lets your xbox think your running a system link game , but really you play on the internet .

To me sounds like someone not in the Beta Program with the Beta Dashboard and cant get online ive been through the PRIVATE BETA ONLY forums and its like that person is complaining about IM in the Beta and look at all the feedback and forum stuff

Oh I do know I did the Kinect beta dashboard and I wasn't in the Beta Program and there were alot of downloads I wanted at that time that I could not get, and also I couldn't recover my profile to my 360 during that time because I could not connect to Live so ya I do know only to well lol
 
But even by changing some files to update, there is no way to downgrade?

For example, replace some files from the 2.0.131453.0 by 2.0.12625.0, edit a single file from 2.0.12625.0, so that the Xbox sees the update as the latest ...
