This is not 'clean' NAND.

According to what? I was in the official beta and ended up flashing back to LT+ after each update including this last official update. I've checked the my console through xval and the secdata reads clean. Now has it been determined "safe" to flash back after updating? No. But at the same time it hasn't been determined "unsafe". But anyways, we all should know the risks by now of running modified firmware while being connected to Xbox Live.
