How do I install this without bricking my console?

Unzip and copy the Compatibility folder and all the files inside to Partition 2 on the Xbox 350's internal hard drive. You could get this on to the 360 via FTP, or however you'd normally copy files to your Jtag / RGH.

You can't brick the 360 doing this.
