Xbox 360 harddrive upgrade 60gb to 250 gb

I transfered all of my xbox 360 harddrive 60gb to 250 gb original harddisks but now i cant get my avatar to work on the 250gb harddisk the avatar is greyed out and if i want to change avatar the xbox says need system update do use to furture . But if i change my hardrive to my 60gb then the avatar editor will work somebody nows wwhat i shall do to get my avatars to work on my 250 gb harddisk .. Igot the newest dashboard on my console

you need to go on xbox live to get a new update so the avatars will work it happened on my brothers xbox when he did it.
