XBOX 360 HHD issues

I followed the guide for the 360 250hd hack and now when i try to play a game it goes to a black screen then restarts the console. Cant figure anything out on my own, does anyone have any ideas whats going on or how to fix it? thanks

1.try a different game
2.if problem still exists go to system>memory>y>format>enter serial number>yes THIS WILL ERASE EVERYTHING ON THE DRIVE
edit-try the game without the hard drive attached also
3.if your still having issues you may have to undo the drive and reflash it.
if you do this make sure to do this
-undo the drive with the undo option
-restart the computer when done and to make sure its a WD HDD go in the bios to see the hard drive manufacturer or in hddhackr(dont reflash yet)
-this is optional but i think its better>format in windows(disk management for vista/7) or using gparted
-move or rename your old undo.bin to undo.old.bin
-use hddhackr again(reflash) and it will create a new undo.bin
-connect to xbox360 and format in memory section
-optional>connect to computer and transfer the partition 2
-get the latest console update and try the game again it should work

Also do games work fine when the hard drive it not in your console?

the games restarted the console,but i reflashed the hdd and it works fine now.
but i have another issue. I am flashing one for a friend and it keeps telling me "Fatal Error size of FW is unexpected" any ideas on this one?

what drive are you trying to flash (size and model)

download the hddss250gb.bin again maybe it downloaded wrong

I have tried. I downloaded it from three different sites, and nothing. Do you think it is a hdd problem?
