yes you have been flagged only way to undo it is by dumping the nand and thenin flash360 remove the flag

To get into the beta, you had to sign up using your gamertag and console serial number. Only consoles with serial numbers that were accepted into the beta can connect to Live. If you've updated your console without being in the beta, you will have to wait until the dashboard is officially updated in November. There is a warning about this in the first post of this thread in red text.

According to XboxHacker between a week from October 11 , but i do not think the upload is very soon , because according to their reasoning is not worth wasting time for greedy people who always tries to build new and never satisfied , then i prefer to wait until November instead of waiting in vain that build it are given . I think this poll above is really useless.

What do you think about reflashing drive with original FW and when new final dash will be released using it? Will this remove flag (another security check will be executed)? //I havent used it on live with flag yet, so its flagged on my side only.
