1] Installing this update will likely block Xbox Live access until its officially released if you are not in the preview program, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

2] This update does NOT have the avatars / kinect data, hence the small 11mb file size.

How to install:

1.) Unrar the download
2.) Copy the $SystemUpdate folder to the root of a CD or USB Stick (The memory stick must be FAT or Fat32 formatted)
3.) Insert the CD or USB Stick into your Xbox 360 console.
4.) You will be automatically prompted to update with a USB stick, with a CD / DVD it should say Mixed Media Disc, power down the 360 and power it on again. You should be ask to update before the 360 boots to the dashboard.
5.) Once the update is complete your Xbox 360 will restart then boot up to the new dashboard. Enjoy!

Nightmare, this website is about bringing unique content before anyone else. It was accomplished here again. So please quit being a little kid about it saying about the NDA when you falsified information to be in the last beta (then begged people to leak it as you were unsure your Xbox would update). The world doesn't revolve around Xbox, hopefully one day you'll come to understand this. All posts regarding your NDA whining will be deleted along with anything you have to say regarding how you feel about me or trying to defend yourself against what you did.

Also Tash, please don't ask if it will block Xbox Live access when it's clearly in big red letters.
 
Battlefield 3, Forza 4, Gears 3, Fifa 12, COD Warfare 3, F1 2011, COD Black Ops are running very well.

Games kinect not run because the version of the dashboard is incomplete, no support for avatar and kinect. waiting for Full
 
can some one get rid of the link for the beta download i dont want to conect the site host on it

The people that didn't give a damn about the NDA a year ago or even weeks ago magically care about it now. Not sure why, don't care either, they can complain all they want but it still won't make it go away.
 
someone could wireshark the avatars by removing the avatars by selecting there hdd ect and pressing lb rb x lb rb x then wiresharking the download of the update creating the full 90mb
 
Lol burnt games might be running well you should try fifa 12 the rental i cant download the squad update cos it crashes my xbox.

If im not online will kinect work with this seeing hows there is no avatars.
