Hey guys need a little help. I've changed the laser in my xbox 360 and for some reason it is still not reading discs. Does anyone know what else could be causing this issue?

Not totally sure to be honest, did the 360 used to read discs or was it purchased like that?
Reason I ask is i've seen 360's where people have swapped the DVD drive not knowing the new DVD drive has a different drive key, so the 350 wouldn't use it to read games.

It used to read disks then just randomly stopped when trying to play a copied game. When the disk goes in you can hear the laser move then it just comes up with open tray. Iv tried all kinds of disks and none of them work.
