You could figure out how to flash it your self but i find it completely confusing.some people don't charge that much

Another thing is that a flashed xbox 360 can result in 2 situations
1.Future xbox 360 updates will most likely reflash your console so you can't play backups.
2.There is a possibility the console could be banned.

If you sing in to Xbox Live then try and play a Divx / Xvid video file on the 360 it will download the optional media update you require to play certain file types.

i don't have internet on the xbox so that means i can't use xbox live...but i put a movie in the xbox and it worked and the movie wasn't original...

It depends , do you mean DRM free DLC or non-JTAG DLC ?
DRM free dlc can be transferred with a formatted xbox 360 flash drive .
For DRM free dlc go here : https://digiex.net/downloads/download-center-2-0/xbox-360-content/downloadable-content/

For non-JTAG dlc you need a profile that bought the dlc & a second controller .
Non-JTAG dlc is not allowed on Digiex.net , so you have to search the internet .
