Hello, I Was Wondering If I Flashed My Xbox 360 Slim That Has A Liteon Drive With 0401 Firmware, Would I Get Banned?

You could be possibly banned for not burning the discs right.

Okay, But I Mean If I Just Have It Flashed Can I Get Banned, If Im Not Playing BURNED Games.

Yes because your console can fail challenges if you play a badly burned game, this is logged to the consoles nand and can get you flagged for a ban at a later date.

However there has been no real console bans for playing burned games since the end of 2009, even to people playing badly burned games.

There is a risk but at the moment in time you should be quite safe.
