xbox 360 themes now profile locked as well as console

with the latest beta you cant use themes purchased on another profile you may have,you used to be able to buy a theme and use it on all profiles seems with latest beta 11/09/2012 there profile/console locked drm free ones will still work

Having never purchased a theme before I wasn't ware you could even do that. I presume custom themes still work as normal? as there DRM free.

yes custom ones and ones included on discs such as OXM still work fine

you using custom or marketplace themes as myn on other accounts just showed the default theme

I tried two consoles (with latest beta: 2.0.16167.0 )with themes I bought from xbox live ,custom made, drm free and LIVE themes that are converted to CON data.
works fine
@seanpr92 did you tried to transfer license between consoles?
