To find your Xbox One console’s operating system version:

  • Press the Xbox button to return to Home.
  • Press the Menu button and select Settings (or select Settings on the Home screen).
  • Select System.
  • Select Console info.
  • Your operating system version is the third row down.
  • Note If you’re in the middle of a system update and need to find your operating system version on your console, pull both triggers and both bumpers on the controller. The operating system version is listed as Build and is the second line down.
 
hola, gracias por la actualización, solo q ya la baje 5 veces y el archivo system.vxd tiene el crc erroneo. si pudiera checarlo y poner una copia correcta en torrent, gracias...

hi, I bought a set-top box on October 5 and decided to insert an ssd, when trying to update it gives e101. As I understand it, the osu 1 version is older than I had on the console. It seems that a few days before the purchase there was some kind of update. I have on the error screen writes this: OC 19041.4297.amd64fre.vb_release_xbox_dev_2010.200982-0000

saw a link to version 4172 last, now I'll try it. But maybe there are newer ones?

I have OS version :19041-3773.amd64fre.vb_release_xbox_dev_2008.200819-0000

will the latest OSU revert the console back to normal? currently console not working as stuck in update loop have tried both reset methods but starts at installing 72% overall and hangs at 86% overall I have the LAN cable connected too
 
@THQ @mrmg88 you are unfortunately in the preview program and have a newer update than is currently released to the public.

@Hoops732 you are on an older update so should be able to recover with this update.

@InsaneNutter did not work tried the offline update , it goes through process ( download / verify / apply ) when it applies it just hangs on 66% with the overall on 86%
If I try both reset methods it starts on the apply stage at 72% and again hangs on 86%. have tested hdd all is good and have also tried with brand new drive all the same.

upd8 : tried latest update via xbox site and still no luck

Not too sure why it hangs unless something is some how corrupted on the hard drive so it can't apply the update, on the new hard drive you tried in the console did you prepare it for Xbox One use? https://github.com/Juvenal1/xboxonehdd

Usually a few days after the update is pushed out on Xbox Live.

The change log for the update has been published, however the download is currently still for the September update.

The public October update will be 10.0.19041.4981 (rs_xbox_release_2010.201009-0000) once the download is available for an offline install.
