Same; Update failed; hang; after reboot no any solution. Try Factory Reset; Try OSU1.zip;
But i think it is older, mine is 4333; So i need offline install from 4981; Available somewhere?

If.. maybe your os version newer than 4333, possible you can copy A or B folder, and send to me? (i think that is a offline update files )

@InsaneNutter I have checked my console and have the Oct update, but when i access the start up troubleshooter it still says release_xbox_dev_2010.201007-000

Surely this should be the same as what i see in console info via the console ?

good afternoon to everyone, i'm from brazil and yesterday i ended up making a mistake with my xbox, i'm in version 19041.4333, does anyone have a forecast of when the FW 19041.4981 will be available? since then I appreciate everyone's attention, if you have the 19041.4333 files you may be able to solve the problem.

It will be available on the 26th when the update becomes mandatory but I'm in the same boat and I'm hoping it will be out earlier.

Purchased an Xbox 1, it had a bad hard drive. The system, with the failing hard drive, was updated to the most current release, through the working OS, on October 18th 2020.

1. I downloaded the xboxonehdd-master program to setup/partition a new 500gb hard drive. No files were copied from the old drive to the new one, as it is popping up errors while copying those files to desktop from the old drive)
   
   
2. Downloaded the latest OSU1 file from Microsoft.
   
   
3. Put those files in the A and B directories on the new hard drive on the system update partition. Also copied the updater file to the root of that partition, as well as placing the dashboard startup file in the A and B folders.
   
   
4. Unzipped that same OSU1 file to a USB stick (all files in the $SystemUpdate directory)
   

On the xbox, I am getting Error E106 00000009 C0000102 if I try to do "Reset This Xbox", as well as Error E101 00000504 8B050041 if I try do to "Offline System Update".

Under troubleshoot with new hard drive installed, my OS Version is: 19041.4333.amd64fre.vb_release_xbox_dev_2010.201007-0000

I popped the damaged hard drive back in, it is showing 10.0.19041.4981 user OS version within the OS. It's working but wont install games as the hard drive acts up.

Any assistance is appreciated.

edit: I'm not the original owner. Does the dev part of the OS version mean the system is enrolled in the insider program? And if I am, is there a way for me to un-enroll?

Same thing has happened to me have to wait till the new OSU1 gets put on to Microsoft website just put blank Xbox harddrive in Xbox then put the usb in with offline update on it should come on here when the new release OSU1 is on watch this

I'm in a tireless search to find the fix for my xbox and I come across this link, can anyone download it? I tried to specify the link but without success, I don't know if it's really from Microsoft, if it's some kind of redirect, or because I'm in Brazil I can't download it, because of a block or I don't know what reason, test it, and if I can, go up the file on google drive and send the link please

can you confirm its the 19041.4333.amd64fre.vd_release_xbox_dev_2010.201007-0000 firmware? my HDD decided to die the other day and now can't boot it up back working. stuck on E101 and E106 screens when using the OSU1 file.

i checked Xbox's website here, and it still says rs_xbox_release_2010.201009-0000 that was released on 10/13 as the latest... sorry this is my first Xbox console and i don't know what to do.

can you perhaps share the exact link please? if its not too much to ask

Download the last osu1 and unpack on your pendrive on filesystem ntfs and update the xbox...
