This is my tool to unpack *.xcp files (files downloaded from xbox live marketplace using XBLM browser)
This program works only on XCP files from category: Xbox 360 GoD and Full game Demos
XCPUnpacker creates corrupted GoD archive, which you can convert to ISO with god2iso and extract using wx360
THIS IS USELESS TO PEOPLE WITH RETAIL XBOX!

How to use:
Drag xcp file into application and wait

Nice work!

If you can make it works with Demo's a lot of stuff could be downloaded and extracted which is not available on Xbox Live, including betas.
 
It does not work for Arcade Demos. But it works for GoD demos (the demos you have in Digiex Demo Packs)
