Extract it to your Yahoo Messenger instalation folder (usually C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Messenger) and in this folder run multiyahoo.reg and click yes when it asks if you are sure, you can open how many windows of yahoo messenger and log in differently on every one on the same PC.
