I have a banned console and they worked fine till the new dash update. I even made a new profile and unlocked an award and it still didn't show only the "!" symbol.

I will try that as a last resort, cause the last time I signed in on live before the ban I had about 19000 gamerscore now I have 33000 or so. I would hate to loose all that. I might try and find a way to uncorrupt my profile.
 
Hello everyone:

I just wanted to get a recap. My little story is that I do have a modified xbox and I play the $1 games, currently COD black ops. Anyways, I never ever been to the live and I am not intending to do so at all. As far as I am really interested in getting the kinect very soon. And my question is as follows. Is this update is going be fine for doing so. On other words, is it going be all fine situation with just the Kinect and offline playing.

i cant play fable 3 anymore D:
i know it is because of this protection...and that will ban my console,but is already banned...but,is there anyway to play fable 3 again ? because ive installed this update in my friends xbox and hes not banned,and i dont want to mess his xbox D: please i need help,really

Hello all. I'm new to the forum and have read some forum posts but would like to clarify something. I was considering updating to the 2.0.12416.0 on my banned console to play Kinect games. I've read about the Fable 3. My question is will all backup games not work on an updated banned console? Or will it only flag my console for future bans which I have no need to worry with since I already am. I just don't want to update my dashboard if I'm just going to be setting myself up to not play any backup games.

12581 is more updated and does not throw a flag. use that one and viola, ps kinect games will update you to 12611
